Auto-Guide Troubleshooting

   

Auto-Guide disengages during operation



Possible Cause: Angle to wayline is > 28.6 degrees
Solution: Straighten machine towardwayline and re-engage



Possible Cause: Speed is > 18 mph or < .62 mph
Solution: Adjust ground speed and re-engage



Possible Cause: The cross track is > 10.5 feet 
Solution: Reduce cross trackand re-engage



Possible Cause: GPS signal droppedto two or less bars.
Solution: Set Waypoints



Possible Cause: Speed >18 mph or < .62 mph
Solution: Check subscription source. Check antenna connections and cables, Check satellite forecast in details then satellite forecast screen



Possible Cause: Turned steering wheel
Solution: Center steering wheeland re-engage



Possible Cause: Pressed steering assist button
Solution: Re-engage

 

Faults:

Auto-Guide will not engage

Auto-Guide disengages during operation

GPS signal is not adequate for Auto-Guide operation

Path followed by Auto-Guide is shifted several inches from correct location, but parallel to baseline

Auto-Guide engaged lines are not straight

Auto-Guide is engaged machine or boom is not online with correct row
